We recommend based on your stack and set up either. During the consultation we look at the tools you already use and pick the model that fits best.
Do we need paid licenses?
Yes. Licenses are client-paid at cost — we configure and administer them, but the subscription itself is billed to you directly by the vendor.
What if our data is sensitive?
We configure workspace controls and written usage guidelines up front, so your team knows exactly what can and cannot go into the tools from day one.
Will we lose data?
No. We clean up and archive rather than delete, and we document every change so you can trace what happened to any project, field or workflow.

We work with Jira Cloud.
How is the price set?
You get a fixed quote before work starts, based on the size of your instance. The price is agreed after a free consultation and never changes mid-project.
Why is it free with a plan?
Onboarding is free with a 12-month term. We'd rather invest in setting you up right than charge for the setup and watch the foundation decay.
